2. Description of Service

Rememberium is a social platform for preserving life stories, creating digital consciousness profiles, and building memorial pages. The Service allows users to create, share, and interact with content in text, photo, audio, and video formats.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
  • One person may maintain only one account
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create on Rememberium. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You agree that your content will not:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
  • Contain hateful, threatening, or harassing material
  • Include sexually explicit content involving minors
  • Contain spam, malware, or deceptive content

5. Prohibited Conduct

When using the Service, you agree not to:

The Rememberium name, logo, design elements, and underlying technology are our intellectual property. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent. All user-generated content remains the property of its respective creators.

7. Digital Minds

Digital Mind profiles are created based on information you voluntarily provide. You understand that these profiles are digital representations and not actual consciousness replications. You may delete your Digital Mind profile at any time through your account settings.

8. Memorial Profiles

Memorial profiles are created to honor deceased individuals. The creator of a memorial profile is responsible for ensuring they have the right to create such a profile. We reserve the right to remove memorial profiles upon request from verified family members or legal representatives.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any loss of data or content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rememberium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
